Science focuses heavily on pre- and post-sales technical support and employs scientifically qualified Technical Sales Representatives in each state backed up by PhD qualified Application Scientists and a team of highly experienced Service Engineers and customer service and support staff. Millennium Science partners with carefully selected manufacturers who are, typically, market leaders in their chosen fields and are equally customer focused. In January 2005, Millennium Science acquired Automated Laboratory Technologies, a privately owned Melbourne based company, as a growth strategy to provide comprehensive large scale automation solutions to the research sector.
