Hi, People of Perth.

I know it has been a while between post but it been one of the busiest times I have ever seen in our construction market.

Just a heads up if you are looking to take advantage of the Government grants, most builders have closed off their books to clients due to the amount of time it takes to produce building contracts.
The construction or slab down is not the focus here, it is the Building contracts or HIA agreement that needs to be signed prior to December 31st.
If you are looking to build now then you need to do your research on your builders and align yourself with one to ensure your contracts are ready this year.

As many of you know I work in the construction industry and sell homes for Homegroup, and as you know this page is a help page and not for my own self-promotion, but today is the day I put up my hand and offer my professional services to those in need, purely because time is running out and there are some people I feel are being unfairly promised contracts prior to the cutoff date which will not come to fruition.

Even if you just need to chat and run your ideas by me please reach out, you have only 3 weeks at the time of writing this to finalise your plan and commit to building a home.

If you don't have land then you are further behind, and the best way to put a package together right now is to choose a builder and have the consultant assist.

I have blocks of land that I am aware of in various estates that will be titled prior to our need to construct your home and be eligible for the grants.
