For those of you who don’t know, on this day 10 years ago I married my best friend and soul mate, Cheyanne ❤️

Cheyanne is the most genuine, honest and loving person in this world. She is my inspiration in life and is a beam of joy not only to me and our kids, but everyone who comes in contact with her.
She is my greatest support and she believes in me more than I believe in myself. Without her I would not be the man I am today.

Because of her it was only fitting to name our building company Cheyanne Homes.

Happy 10 year anniversary my love and can’t wait to spend many more years together 😘

A Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA) is an agreement before construction begins between the client and builder 🤝

It allows the builder to obtain all specific information that will not only be required for council submission, but also assist in an accurate quote.
