Founded by our director, Simon, in 2013 out of a pursuit for delivering homes that were built to the highest quality as our priority, we strive for perfection and customer service excellence. Specialising in new homes, custom builds and dual occupancy projects, as a family run business with over 15 years of building and project management experience, we provide our clients with a very personalised

and honest service at every stage of the build process, from drafting through to completion. We take out a lot of the overwhelming stress in choosing the right colours and materials and offer design consultations with our in-house specification manager, Amanda, who walks through the entire project with our clients to help them select all a project’s internal and external fittings and fixtures.

Polished concrete infill slabs have many benefits over polishing the structural slab. These include, efficient under floor heating, not being prone to damage during frame stage and the ability to set down carpet and tiled areas, just to name a few.
With the calibration of and , this custom Shikari mix has come up a treat using the system. We can’t wait to see the finished product!

By pouring the screed after frame, it dramatically reduces the risk of damage to the floor during frame stage and also ensures efficient heat transfer by using an insulated matting and consistent pipe depth under the floor.
