Anthony Trazerra is ART’s Senior Product Manager leading the development of our new Modular Communication Shelter product range. Based in Melbourne Anthony oversees the teams responsible for designing, marketing, selling, and installing the product, as well as driving ongoing research and development.

With over a decade in telecommunications infrastructure engineering, Anthony brings extensive experience in designing and implementing effective solutions that enhance connectivity and efficiency across the industry. He brings with him a well-rounded technical and leadership perspective that supports end-to-end product development.

Anthony values the diversity and variety of his role, particularly the opportunity to work across renewable and new-build projects. No two days are the same, with his time split between collaborating with the product and engineering teams, supporting marketing and customer engagement activities.

For Anthony, the ability to develop products from the ground up and successfully bring them to market is a major motivator. ART recently completed the installation of 6 x 140 m met mast in QLD.

The final phase of the project involved extremely difficult terrain and limited site access. To complete the works, a six-person crew implemented alternative access methods, including buggy transport and a zipline system, to safely manoeuvre materials into position.

Through careful coordination and adaptability on site, the team successfully delivered the project for our client.

ART recently completed the installation of a 109 m mast in NSW.

The project involved challenging site conditions, including rocky ground and high winds, and the team began work just before the Christmas break, remobilising after the holidays to finish the build.

Another great effort by the team in delivering a successful outcome for our client safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Belledonna Brown is a Climber and Rigger at ART and has been part of the team for just three months. Belledonna works across a range of maintenance projects, supporting tasks such as painting, replacing wind vanes and anemometers, decompressions, and scheduled inspections.

Previously working as a rope access technician in maintenance, Belledonna brings a strong foundation in working at heights and maintaining critical infrastructure. Her background has enabled a smooth transition into her role at ART, while also offering the opportunity to work in new environments with exceptional views across Australia.

She also has had the chance to travel to remote and unique locations, and a recent highlight was a project on Tasmania’s remote west coast, working alongside Kara, ART’s other female rigger. After the job was completed Belledonna visited Cradle Mountain and see the snow fall, making the trip particularly memorable.

So far, Belledonna has found the work both engaging and varied, enjoying the exposure to different sites and maintenance work. She is looking forward to continuing to develop her skills, contributing to ART’s operations, and continuing to be part of a professional and supportive team delivering high-quality projects across Australia.
