A partnership worth celebrating!
Big news for our apprentices. For the first time in Black Cat Civil's 20-year history, our SEQ-based Diesel Fitter apprentices will be undertaking their apprenticeships through the world-class Hastings Deering training facility in Brisbane.
But this is about so much more than a training milestone. Over BCC's 20-year journey, our relationship with Hastings Deering has grown into something far greater than a typical business arrangement. Built on loyalty, trust, honesty, and genuine respect, HD has stood beside us through every challenge and every win, with nearly 200 Caterpillar machines purchased together over two decades.
That bond shows up in the work, in the support, and in friendly competition, at the fiercely contested annual golf day, where BCC has maintained a stranglehold over the trophy for the past few years.
Our apprentices won't just be learning their trade, they'll be getting hands-on with Cat® machinery and engines in a facility that is genuinely second to none. We couldn't be more excited for them.
