We’re proud to celebrate some incredible milestones across the team – Manny, Alex and Ronie marking 20 years, and Jonathan celebrating 15 years of service 👏
Manny and Jonathan have spent their careers at the very top of their trade. Whether it’s precision TIG or high-performance flux core, their skill, consistency and “head down, get it done” attitude have set the standard. All while showing up with a smile.
Alex Omandac is our quiet, superstar achiever. No matter the task, from rubber lining mills to installing kilometres of PVC, aligning conveyors or grouting baseplates – Alex provides exceptional workmanship every time.
And then there’s Ronie Ricohermoso – a master mill builder whose reputation extends well beyond site. Known across the industry, Ronie’s name alone brings confidence to clients. His ability to stay steps ahead and his attention to the finest detail have helped shape not only projects, but DIAB’s reputation over the past two decades.
To all four of you – your craftsmanship, pride in your work and reputation for excellence have left a lasting mark. It’s been a privilege to have you as part of the team.
