Well… looks like we might have to close down our copper theft repair department!

With the alleged offender now caught, our repair crews might finally get a break from fixing the damage left behind across countless council sites.

We see the other side of copper theft firsthand, helping Cardinia with repairs and getting affected sites back up and running. It’s not just a few metres of cable being taken — it can leave facilities without power, cause significant damage and create a lot of disruption for the community.

We're proud to announce that we've been named a NECA State Finalist in both the Small Projects and Lighting Design and Installation categories.

One of the projects recognised is AFL Max, completed by our team. This project showcased the dedication, expertise and attention to detail of everyone involved.

From the dynamic feature lighting that plays your team's song while colours dance across the ceiling, to the interactive football player displays, our team delivered the complete electrical installation that helped bring the venue to life.

This is just a small glimpse into the work that went into creating this exciting space. We're incredibly proud of our team and honoured to have this project recognised by NECA.

At Teoma, we're committed to reducing waste by giving materials a second life. Instead of sending excavated dirt and broken concrete to landfill, we recycle and repurpose them into valuable, reusable resources for future projects.

This year marked the 14th Annual Teoma Mid-Year Event—a tradition that brings our team, suppliers, and community together for a cause that truly matters.

Every year, funds raised through our raffle, auction, and the “Guess the Weight of the Lolly Jar” game are donated to a charity. This years charity was chosen because it holds a special place in the heart of someone within our Teoma family.

This year, we're incredibly proud to have raised over $4,000 for Challenge, a not-for-profit organisation that supports children and families living with cancer. Their work helps ease the cancer journey by providing practical, social, and emotional support when it's needed most.

This year's fundraiser wouldn't have been possible without the incredible generosity of our community, with every donation, raffle prize, and contribution making a real difference.

We're especially grateful to all the businesses that generously supported our annual fundraiser, as your kindness and generosity played a vital role in helping us raise funds for Challenge, supporting children and families living with cancer.

A special thank you also goes to everyone at Teoma Group who attended, volunteered, donated, and helped make the day such a success.

Recently, we’ve had a number of company moments — both big and small — that reflect the culture we’re proud of. We’ve come together at team events, acknowledged colleagues moving on to new adventures (with our best wishes), and recognised some big months of hard work across the team.

We’ve also made time to celebrate birthdays, both on site and in the office, along with the everyday wins that often go unseen but matter just as much.

Through it all, we’re proud of the supportive culture we’ve built and the way our team continues to back each other every day.
