🟠 Stubble Cruncher Repairs 🟠

Throughout January, we were kept running with stubble cruncher repairs on multiple machines!
From straightening back bones, adding additional welds and gussets, unbolting and replacing blades, crack repairs and onsite lift wheel repairs, we did it all!

Over 2400 bolts undone, sourcing of new bolts, and re bolting blades.
More than 1200 gussets welded onto 6 drums after straightening back bones.
More than 80kg of 3.2mm 16TC rods burnt, along with over 30kg of 1.2mm mig wire.
Countless late nights, early mornings, and plenty of coffee to keep us going!

💧 Water tanker 💧

Customer brought this brand spanking new stainless tanker in for some modifications.

We removed the existing single tank in/out pipe, added some taps and pipe spools, mounted the customers 3inch petrol driven pump and plumbed all the necessary fittings to make water carting a breeze!

🔶️ Job Highlight 🔶️

Customer brought in this axle assembly off a fairly new Austcut stubble cruncher.

We gouged the bent stub off, sourced a new stub and hub assembly, repaired the damage, re packed some bearings and sent it back to work the same day 🤛

🔴 Red, Green, and every make and colour in-between 🟢

Pre seeding saw us shape up these stubble mats to suit our customers 4wd tractor. We included provisions for removable oversize signs, included the customer in the design, finish and position from the start of the build.

Pre harvest we got the opportunity to make a couple of sets of bolt on mats for some Harvesters, once again built to the customer's specifications for a great result!

🔨 A change from the workshop 🔨

The boys recently got out and about for an afternoon, repairing this gas loading deck for a valued client of ours!

Something different to the rusty repairs, the lads took up splinters and screws to get this repair done up to standard ✔️
