This project involved a small extension to the side of the property and a reconfiguration to the layout of the home creating a more functional space. Our team delivered an exceptional result despite limited access, building this extension right up to the boundary with precision and care.

We had the pleasure of attending the MBA Excellence in Building Awards on Friday night. While we didn’t take home a trophy this year, we’re incredibly proud of our Kilaben Bay project, which was nominated in the House Additions, Alterations & Renovations – Under $400k category.
