120mm. That’s how far the front right corner of this home had dropped. 🏠

📍 THE SITUATION
The front wall of this home was sitting 80 to 120mm lower than the rear, with cracking right through the house. The ground underneath was extremely dry and soft, especially down the right-hand side, where the drop was greatest.

🔧 THE SOLUTION
26 injection points around the perimeter and beneath the internal walls, with resin injected in layers at various depths. Because the soil was so dry and soft, the front of the house took a high volume of product just to fill the voids and build a solid base before any lift was possible. Once the ground was consolidated, we targeted the front corners for a controlled lift and stabilised the rest.

📈 THE RESULTS
✅ 15mm of lift at the front of the house
✅ 1 to 5mm of lift across the remaining perimeter points
✅ Internal walls consolidated and stabilised

Up to 70mm of slab lift in two days, with no excavation.

An industrial building of precast tilt panel construction in South Kempsey, NSW, constructed on a concrete slab-on-ground and concrete bored piers, had subsided by up to 76mm along its western elevation.

Resinject used RSJ170 engineered resin to fill voids beneath the slab, densify the founding soils and lift the slab back towards level, while the facility kept operating.

Resinject treats the cause of subsidence by injecting our engineered expanding resin,RSJ170, into weak ground beneath the structure.

The resin strengthens and consolidates the ground, increases its load-bearing capacity and helps reduce further subsidence. Where conditions allow, this can also gently re-level the structure, as shown here.

Using our engineered expanding resin, RSJ170, we strengthen and consolidate weak ground beneath the structure, increasing its load-bearing capacity and helping protect the home from further settlement.

Resinject partnered with OGTEnergy to safeguard critical infrastructure at the Silver Springs Gas Storage Facility, arresting up to 50mm of subsidence beneath the TEG heater and re-levelling the equipment’s foundation.

Our engineered resin injection solution, RSJ170, filled the voids beneath the slab and edge beams and strengthened the ground below, lifting the foundation back to level and leaving the heater on a stable, consolidated base.

A cost-effective and safe alternative to conventional methods, with no excavation and no disruption to the operating plant. Congratulations to the team for their dedication to quality and safety!
