Up to 220 mm of sinking floor beneath a busy storage warehouse. Four days on site. No digging, no demolition, no closing the doors.

Our QLD crew used RSJ170 expanding resin to fill the voids under the concrete, firm up the weak ground below and gently lift the floor back to level, with up to 60 mm of lift while the business kept operating. Better than ripping up and replacing 588 m² of concrete.

🎾 Void filled. Slab levelled. Court stabilised.

Using our engineered expanding resin, RSJ170, Resinject filled voids beneath this tennis court and re-levelled the concrete slab — restoring support without the need for major excavation.

A fast, non-invasive solution that strengthens the ground beneath the slab and helps reduce future movement.

Ground strengthened. Structure supported.

Resinject is on site strengthening and consolidating the ground beneath this property as part of a major renovation.

Our engineered expanding resin, RSJ170, is injected into weak ground beneath the structure, compacting and consolidating the surrounding soils to increase load-bearing capacity and reduce the risk of future movement.

A stronger foundation for what comes next.

Our primary goal is to strengthen and consolidate the ground, increasing its load-bearing capacity and reducing the risk of future movement. The objective is not simply to close existing cracks. These before-and-after images demonstrate that cracks can be reduced but we do what it right for the property and property owner. 🌳🌱

Ground consolidation in action.

By injecting RSJ170 beneath the structure, weak, subsided ground is re-densified and strengthened, increasing its load-bearing capacity. As the ground consolidates, the supported structure can often be gently re-levelled, helping to reduce the effects of subsidence with minimal disruption.

Every home is different, which is why we offer a free site inspection to determine if resin injection is the right solution. 🌳🌱

Ground strengthened. Crack reduced.

Ground movement can lead to cracks like this.

By injecting our engineered expanding resin beneath the foundations, we consolidate and strengthen the ground, increasing its load-bearing capacity and stopping further subsidence. As the ground is re-densified, structures may gently re-level, helping reduce visible cracking.
