Most failures happen under load, suddenly snapping due to vibration, instability and
excessive cutting forces.
In this application, the Evolute V15F high performance end mill was pushed hard in a dry cutting roughing cycle.
After 105 parts and 165 minutes of cut time, the cutter was still going with nearly double the tool life you'd expect from a conventional roughing cycle.
