This week, Maali Mechanical was recognised by the Shire of East Pilbara in the NAIDOC Aboriginal Owned Business category — an honour we don't take lightly. 🌟
But recognition like this doesn't belong to a name on a certificate. It belongs to our people.
Every job we complete, every client we deliver for, every milestone we reach — it's built on the hands, heart and grit of the crew who show up and give their best, day in and day out. Our supervisors, tradespeople, apprentices, scaffolders, riggers, operators, trade assistants and the team behind the scenes. You are Maali.
We've always believed that without our people, we are nothing. This award is proof of what happens when you back good people, give them a genuine opportunity, and trust them to rise to it. Watching individuals step into the workforce, build their confidence and skills, and create better futures for themselves and their families — that's the work we're most proud of.
A heartfelt congratulations to all the other businesses, people, Elders and programs acknowledged alongside us — it's humbling to stand among so many mob doing incredible things across the Pilbara.
To every single person who has helped get us to where we are today: thank you. This one is yours.
