The bar’s beer system and associated glass‑front fridges were serviced during the Burpengary venue Preventative Maintenance (PM). Temperature and gas levels were verified.
The challenge:
Beer system cooling directly affects product quality and yield. Incorrect temperatures or CO₂ levels can cause foaming, off‑flavours, and wasted stock. Regular PM checks are essential.
Our solution:
We inspected the beer system monitor, verified CO₂ and temperature readings, and checked all bar fridges for proper operation. No faults were found.
The result:
The beer system is operating correctly, ensuring consistent beverage quality. Regular monitoring as part of the quarterly PM schedule will catch any drift before it affects service.
