I’ve genuinely never sat in a room with that much energy. Absolutely unmatched!!

Another one wrapped up for Mirvac Residential.

Have a look at our recently completed Queen Lane project.

This job featured large custom screen system across the rooftop, along with a heap of intricate auxiliary items and custom cladding throughout.

A clean finish and another successful project delivered for one of our key clients.

The finished product speaks for itself.

Daniel Alizzi and I had the pleasure of spending a few hours today with this absolute rockstar!, Damien Quinn , one of the founders of VisiBuild, on the Behind the Facade podcast.

Not only did we have a kick ass conversation, but once again, I walked away with some unreal lessons and ideas that I’ll be implementing into my businesses straight away.

That’s now 3 guests and already a handful of incredible ideas I’ve been able to take back into Proline.

That’s the real value for me.

Spend time with incredible people. Ask questions. Listen. Learn. Implement.

This is a world class building in a word class location, and another opportunity for our team to deliver work we’re proud of.

Fabricated in-house, installed by Proline hands, and delivered with care, attention to detail, and pride in the final result.

Every project is shaped by the quality of its details, and this one is no different.

One coffee. One lesson.

Caught up with Josh Griffiths today as part of Project 100, and one quote has stuck with me:

“You can be more calculated once you’ve taken the time.”

The biggest takeaway? Patience.

Build your reputation. Build your people. Build for the long term.

Days like this are why I still love throwing the boots on and pretending I’m actually helping the boys. 😂

But on a serious note, moments like this make me incredibly proud.

Watching these screens go up on a $300M+ project, knowing they were designed, detailed and fabricated entirely in-house at Proline, then installed by one of our outstanding site teams led by Riza that’s pretty bloody cool.

For years we’ve been chasing the goal of becoming a true end-to-end business. Design. Fabrication. Installation. Owning the whole process.

Over the last 12 months, it’s really started to come to life.

Massive credit to everyone involved. This is exactly why we do what we do.

If you know me, you know I absolutely love AI. I talk about it constantly, and I’m always looking for ways to push our tools and tech further.

But something important came up in conversation recently. AI is an accelerant but it’s not a cure.

It can’t make an inexperienced worker experienced. It can’t make good decisions for a bad decision maker. And it can’t make a bad business perform well.

If you use AI to skip the early learning phase instead of developing your skillset, you’re only automating your incompetence. You have to build the intuition, understand the craft, and respect the “pen and paper” foundation first.

Once you master the manual work, then AI can amplify what you do.

Project 100 starts now.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve run five AI training sessions with the Proline team.

And honestly, I think I learnt just as much as anyone else in the room.

The first session was about showing the tools. ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, Otter, Whispr Flow, what they do, how they work, and why they matter.

But by the third and fourth sessions, the room started teaching itself. The team was sharing their own tips. People were showing tools they’d built.

I got sharper each session too. Clearer on what mattered. Better at explaining it. Better at reading the room. Better at turning the idea of AI into something practical that the team could actually use.

That was the moment it clicked for me. Good leadership should be about creating an environment where people are willing to have a crack, share what they’re learning, and help each other get better.

This is what I believe will continue to make Proline a world-class team. Young, fast, flexible, and willing to adapt before the rest of the industry catches up.

The construction industry is changing. The teams that learn quickly, communicate clearly, and use the tools in front of them will be the ones that pull ahead.

Proud of everyone who showed up, got stuck in, and backed themselves to learn something new.
