Yesterday 103 Regiment Royal Artillery published a photograph of gunners "camming up" using CAMTECH Camouflage Face Paint. The last purchase of CAMTECH face paint by the UK MoD was 2004; is it still being issued ?

The Lancashire Artillery Volunteers - 103rd Regiment Royal Artillery - is part of the Army Reserve and primarily has sub-units throughout the Greater Manchester and Merseyside area of the North-West of England, in recent years it has extended its footprint to Wolverhampton, Isle of Man, Carlisle and Nottingham. Its purpose is to provide reinforcements for units that use the 105 mm L118 Light Gun.

This video shows students on the sniper instructors' course using CAMTECH camouflage face paint. I think this video was made in 2019, eleven years after the last production run of CAMTECH camouflage face paint. Someone has hoarded the good stuff.

Here's a US report about a British ship :

This past week, the River-class offshore patrol vessel HMS Severn became the first ship since WWII to be painted with the Western Approaches camouflage scheme as seen in this image of the destroyer HMCS Restigouche in 1941. HMS Severn's fresh scheme is a tribute to sailors of the Battle of the Atlantic.

Dummy tanks, used successfully by the 4th Australian Division in the attack on Le Verguier in September 1918.

These tanks, ten in number, were made by the 4th Field Company, Australian Engineers, entirely of wood and canvas. They were camouflaged, and even given names and regimental colours added. Two eight feet diameter wheels with huge flanges supported the tanks six inches clear of the ground, and crews of six men had no difficulty in pushing the tanks over boggy ground and trenches. Only one tank was disabled and two of the crew slightly wounded by machine gun fire.
