Great day at Palmers Resort. We have never installed Fujitsu Package Units before but there is a first for everything. The clients scope.
- installation of 80amps per phase supply to each unit.
- adjust the original Westinghouse CB’s from 100amp at 80amp.
- installation of temp duct work while the new sheet metal was made.
- installation of new control wiring to new controller location.
- programming of the wall controllers and addressing each danfoss controller.
- adjustment of the EC fan from 75% to 70% to reduce duct pressure.
- installation of temporary outside air vents.
- commission and testing

Another successful switchboard modification completed. This 2500amp switchboard in Maroochy required an additional circuit added. We had a custom made Busplug coupled with a Schneider Electric frame manufactured in WA and shipped over. After arranging for a night time shut down and installation the job went off without a hitch.

After months of hard work, we’re excited to have successfully completed the Mechanical Electrical works for the new stage at Bli Bli Good Samaritan School.

Collaborating closely with the primary mechanical contractors, we delivered:

- VRF wiring with interlinked outdoor air fans
- Toilet exhaust systems with VSD control & time clocks
- Fire mode shutdown for safety
- Mechanical switchboards with full function control

While the full BMS system was initially part of the scope, it was later removed from the project. We’re proud of the teamwork and dedication that brought this project over the finish line.”

Great little off-grid solar bore pump job completed by solar sparkies. Water could only be found in the back paddock 225m away from the main house. This setup consists of
- Pole mount HD gal solar mounting kit.
- 72v solar setup with controller and optional battery backup.
- 36m deep bore, water located at 6m down with the pump set at 35m.
- Pressure controlled switch with head pressure gauge.
- 25m poly pipe feeding a tap for the garden and horse trough float valve.
