🏗️ 47 TOWNHOUSES. ONE PROJECT. ONE TEAM.

Take a look at one of our current commercial projects in Wooloowin.

47 townhouses, each getting a 14kW Samsung ducted system installed from the ground up. That is over 47 individual systems designed, coordinated and installed by the Functional Air QLD team.

A project this size requires planning, qualified tradespeople and a team that can deliver the same quality across every single unit consistently.

This is the scale of commercial work we take on alongside our residential installs across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

We do aircons all over Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Give us a call.

❄️ HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU SERVICE YOUR AC?

Most homeowners leave it way too long.

As a general rule, your system should be serviced every 12 months. If you're using it regularly, every 6 months is recommended to keep it running efficiently and cleanly.

In Queensland's climate, heat, humidity and dust build up faster than most people realise. A proper service keeps your system healthy and your family breathing clean air.

We do aircons all over Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Give us a call if you'd like yours checked.
