JSIS have just completed an internal review on our peel adhesion when bonding Polyurethane to Steel substrate. In this review we looked at our current process and looked for any improvements that we could complete.

During this review we identified there were a couple of steps that could be fine tuned slightly to increase the adhesion results.

We implemented these changes and completed additional testing, and the results were as expected, better than we have seen to date.

These results are irrespective of if the material is Natural or Fully FRAS Certified for use in the underground mining applications seeing this process of bonding Polyurethane to steel substrate the one of choice.
