During National Reconciliation Week, our UGL teams across Australia came together to reflect, learn and connect under this year’s theme, “All In.” 🤝🧡
We were privileged to hear from inspiring speakers including Wiradjuri woman and politician Yvonne Weldon, First Nations business owner Jesse Green, Aboriginal artist Alex Kerr, and Danny Ford from Kambarang Services.
Each shared their personal reconciliation journeys, insights, and what “All In” means in practice, encouraging meaningful everyday action. 🌏✨
This year’s theme is a powerful reminder that reconciliation is a shared responsibility. It calls on all Australians to actively take part, rather than placing the burden solely on First Nations peoples. 👐
Across our events, we strengthened support for First Nations businesses, with employees engaging with suppliers alongside the rollout of new UGL RAP merchandise. 🎁📈

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to these important conversations. Being “All In” means continuing momentum beyond the week, listening, learning and taking action together. 💬📚
A shout out to our Aboriginal engagement team who organised the events, including Ronald Jones, Nathan Weldon-Bowen and Denzel Thorne 🙌
