DS Energy was proud to attend The Southern Hotel Toowoomba’s official unveiling of their new solar carport shade structures — a major milestone in the venue’s broader renewable energy transformation.

The new solar carport is part of a full energy upgrade designed, engineered and integrated by DS Energy, supporting one of Toowoomba’s most iconic venues on its journey to cleaner, smarter operations.

With solar, EV charging and battery storage working together, the system now powers up to 75% of the venue with clean energy, delivering reliable and efficient performance for a busy hospitality environment.
