Every order throughout May helped contribute to something far bigger than business.

At EHD Concrete Sleepers, we are incredibly proud to have played a small part in supporting such an important community cause throughout the Shoalhaven region.

During the month of May, EHD Concrete Sleepers donated a percentage of sales towards the Eziway Concrete fundraiser event supporting Dolly’s Dream, helping raise awareness around bullying and supporting young Australians and families affected by it.

Together, an incredible $5,528 was raised for Dolly’s Dream.

This was not achieved by one business alone. It was a true community effort.

We would like to sincerely thank Eziway Concrete for leading and driving this amazing initiative, along with all Shoalhaven businesses, community members, customers, staff, families, and supporters who got behind this meaningful cause.

Seeing local businesses unite together for something bigger than business is what makes the Shoalhaven region such a special place.

Taking a moment for myself & assessing how far I’ve grown over this last 12 months.
It’s not easy being a small business in Australia right now. It’s even harder trying to run 2 at the same time. But, with a passion for the art of balloons, the support of an amazing assistant in , the safe place to lean on in my husband .flanagan_roaddevils.oz & the cheer squad of my family (especially my grown boys & my grandchildren), I have managed to achieve more than I could imagine, in Alkira Balloon Co.,this year.
I’m proud of my business. Proud of myself for pushing through so many obstacles, that we all face in small business, but also in life. But, more than anything right now, I’m so proud that I have managed to get myself to a point where I have been able to help support such a worthy cause in

Is there a better feeling in this world than to be in a position to give back & support something as worthy as a cause like this?! Truly one of the highlights of my adventures with Alkira Balloon Co. so far. you are helping to change our town blue & bringing awareness about the effects of bullying to our region in such a big way. Thank you for being such amazing ambassadors.

All latex balloons used for this installation were We used them because they are the only Aussie owned professional balloon brand and they are amazing quality, with stunning colours. What better fit for an Aussie charity installation.

And the winner of the 2026 Eziway Concrete Do It For Dolly Charity Golf Day was Charlie Lindsay’s Modcon Constructions!!. The Modcon team is pictured here with Zach O’Brien and his Zoto Constructions crew teeing off on Ray White Berry sponsored hole 4, and from all reports they had a cracker day. The real winner though was Dolly's Dream. Everyone who attended, sponsored or helped out on the day has contributed to a successful event that has raised some serious cash and importantly awareness.

Tomorrow we are doing it for Dolly, to try and do our bit to end Bullying, raise awareness, and support young people impacted by bullying. You will see our Daisy cars out and about tomorrow with
