A great morning together before heading into our final week of training, with just a little practice squeezed in before the ladies take to the stage at The Concourse, Willoughby this weekend.

For our founder Tanya, regional business extends far beyond the worksite or the office. Community involvement, connection and showing up for the people around you is such a big part of regional life and regional business.

This morning was our last Tuesday morning practice session of the year as our beautiful Paradise ladies get ready to hit the stage at The Concourse, Willoughby this weekend for Ladies Nationals.

Three massive days of competition ahead, and we are so excited to see every one of our ladies out there performing. 💚

We finished our Tuesday mornings the best way we know how… coffee, plenty of laughs, a little bit of carrying on and, somewhere in between, some serious practice too. 😂

Wishing all of our ladies the very best for the final few days of training. Enjoy the lead up, back yourselves and soak up every bit of Nationals week.

We cannot wait to be there cheering you all on this weekend.

THIS WAS HILARIOUS. 😂

Content shoots don’t always go to plan… and this one definitely didn’t.

I think Mason and I ended up with more bloopers than actual content, but we had an absolute laugh doing it. 😂

One of the best parts of working with regional businesses is getting in there, creating content and having a bit of fun along the way.

We take business seriously. Ourselves? Not so much.

What a fantastic opportunity today to present at the Nowra Show Society’s Young Women’s Program!

It was inspiring to meet young woman from across the state, from Dubbo to Dapto, Wagga to Wyong.

I’m especially proud of these two Local Ladies, Charli and Alaska! I’ve known them both since they were littlies, and seeing them get involved makes me so happy. I know they’ll do an outstanding job representing our region.

I delivered a workshop on public speaking, confidence and presentation. We had a giggle, shared some valuable insights and put it all into practice!

Good luck to all the young women heading towards the Sydney Royal Easter Show. It was so lovely to meet you, and I’ll be cheering you on!

A big thank you to James, Jess and Imogen from the Nowra Show Society for inviting me to be part of this year’s program.

The next Nowra Show will be their 150th Show, and it’s shaping up to be an incredible one!

Great to catch up with Jordan from Gateway Plumbing this morning at the EHD Tradie Brekkie.

I’ve recently connected with Jordan through the Shoalhaven Business Network, and we quickly realised we had a lot more connections in common than we first thought through previous business programs, people we’ve worked with and the local business community.

Such a small world.

Jordan is doing some really great things with Gateway Plumbing, so it was good to have a proper catch up this morning, talk business and get to know a little more about what he’s building.

This is one of the things I genuinely love about regional business. You meet good people, connections overlap, conversations turn into opportunities, and strong local relationships start to form.

That’s a big part of what The Regional Business Room is about too. Connecting people, supporting local businesses and helping create stronger regional business communities.

A simple delivery of a new 1,100 litre plastic bin made even cuter by these two little bosses taking care of business. 😂

George was out doing deliveries with his grandfather Ben from Aussie Skip Bin Company, while his little footy mate Hezekiah was hard at work at EHD headquarters with his dad Patrick.

Usually these two are catching up on the footy field, but yesterday they were getting a taste of the family businesses!

Great businesses supporting each other, strong relationships and the next generation coming through.

This is exactly the kind of connection I love seeing between the businesses I work with.

TWO LITTLE BOSSES HARD AT WORK! 💚🇦🇺

Yesterday we had a couple of very important young blokes on the job!

Our little boss George was out doing deliveries with his grandfather Ben from Aussie Skip Bin Company, dropping off a brand new green plastic bin to our mates at EHD Retaining Wall Products.

And who was there to greet him? None other than EHD’s very own little boss, Hezekiah, on the job with his dad Patrick! 😂

These two little champions are normally catching up on the footy field, but yesterday they swapped their footy boots for a bit of hard work in the family businesses.

George on deliveries. Hezekiah on site. Both keeping the big bosses in line! 😂

We love seeing the next generation getting involved, learning the ropes and spending time with their dads and grandfathers during the school holidays.
