Hello everyone,

My name is Milosz Gadzinski, the owner of Dolina Carpentry

I’ve been meaning to do an introduction about myself and the business to the local community but like everyone knows, life can be crazy.

I was born in Poland and have lived in the UK for some time before moving to Australia in 2015.

I’ve been local for some time now living in the Barossa Valley with my wife & have a little apprentice on the way 👶🏼

I love to call the Barossa, home.

I have always had a passion for building & carpentry. I have been in the industry for 10 years now. I have gained so much knowledge over this time from making mistakes, to learning from fellow employees and elders.

I wanted to create a business name that respected my heritage and working here in the Barossa Valley of course so I created “Dolina Carpentry”.

“Dolina” is the Polish word for “Valley”.

I enjoy servicing the Barossa Valley, surrounding areas with residential and commercial carpentry work.

I started Dolina Carpentry with the goal of providing reliable service, quality workmanship and honest communication from start to finish.

I specialise in renovations, extensions, cladding, decking, pergolas, framing and general carpentry.

I genuinely enjoy creating projects that come together from the ground up.

Whether it’s a small upgrade or a larger project, I take pride in every job and always aim to leave clients with a result they’re proud of.

I wanted to thank everyone who has supported my business so far. I appreciate it more than you know.

I am looking forward to sharing more projects and meeting more people in the local community 🔨

Making solid progress on this extension with the external cladding almost complete and the new entry taking shape. The job is starting to come together nicely and we’re looking forward to moving into the next stages.
More updates to come as we keep pushing ahead on this one. 🛠️

BEFORE & AFTER ⚒️

INSTALLATION OF NEW DOORWAY

Gave this existing doorway opening a full refresh! From new framing, trims, plaster repairs and finally an installation of a fresh door.

Working with old double brick homes always comes with its challenges! Perseverance and the right trades can result in creating a seamless renovation to help with keeping the existing character of the homes. 🏡 ⚒️

TERMITE INFESTED BATHROOM

Here we have had to remove the affected framing and wall linings but managed to reuse the existing windows.
We have re-lined the walls and gave the space a fresh new look inside and out.
A much needed transformation from an unsafe, termite-infested bathroom to a clean, solid space ready for the next stage of fit-off. 🔨🏡

🔥 Outdoor Fireplace Installation

Outdoor fireplace build from frame-up to sheeted finish, ready for the final touches. Designed to suit the space and create a solid feature for year round use.
Fireplace is heat insulated with Hebel blocks, and now just waiting on the stone install to finish it off. Perfect addition for the Barossa winter ❄️🔥

Been a bit quiet on here lately but definitely not on the tools 🔨
Here’s a recent extension we’ve been working on. Full timber frame going up, tying into the existing structure and really starting to take shape. Big transformation underway and plenty more to come on this one.

Before and After 🛠️ this deck transformation we did the other week.

The existing outdoor deck had strong bones but was weathered, visually tired, and no longer reflected the quality of the home or how the space was being used for entertaining.
The goal was to refresh and elevate the deck while maintaining the home’s character and improving usability.
