We're hiring, three roles available at APS Civil.
We're a family-owned civil construction company based in Pakenham, delivering drainage, earthworks, and infrastructure projects for local councils across Melbourne's South-East. The team is growing and we're looking for good people to grow with us.
Machine Operator: You'll be operating excavators and machinery across our project sites, including earthworks, trenching, drainage installation, and site preparation. The role requires experience with excavators, the ability to work safely around services and in tight spaces, and a solid understanding of civil construction environments. Relevant tickets, minimum 5 years experience and a strong safety mindset are essential.
Experienced Civil Labourer: You'll be on the tools supporting our crew across civil construction sites, including drainage works, concreting, pit construction, trenching, and general civil tasks. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in civil or drainage work who's reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running.
Truck Driver: You'll be operating company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials and equipment across our project sites. The role includes daily safety checks, route planning, loading and unloading supplies, and lending a hand on site when needed. A heavy vehicle licence is essential.
