New we recently completed. This one was designed to be a very comfortable home with sustainable building practices achieved throughout the process. Trees that were removed at site prep were milled for verandah posts ,cladding and roof frame, the vaulted ridge allows for hot air to escape the roof space and double glazed UPVC windows keeps the home more comfortable and prevents thermal bridging as opposed to aluminium. Hempcrete also acts as a fantastic insulation.
