MOLONG COUNCIL BUILDING \\ FAÇADE & EXTERIOR REBURBISHMENT
Who doesn’t love a makeover!
That’s exactly what happened at the Molong Council Building last month. New guttering & downpipes were installed by the great team at Hinchcliff Plumbing and a fresh coat of paint was expertly done by the team at Anton Hartley Colour City Painting.
Big thank you to both those businesses who delivered a top-quality finish. FPS Constructions would like to thank Cabonne Council for contracting us to manage this project.

GUZMAN Y GOMEZ - ORANGE
Its complete! Last week we had the pleasure of handing over the project after completing the Carpentry, External & Internal Linings and the Fencing around the perimeter.
It looks fantastic & from all reports the food is too!

If you are driving past the 5 ways in Orange, keep an eye out for our guys who are currently onsite at the new Guzman & Gomez project. FPS have been contracted by DCB Developments to install the internal & external linings.
Here are just a few progress shots & even though the weather has not been kind to us, the project is still progressing well.

MULTI USE DEVELOPMENT KELSO / STRUCTEN PTY LTD
Happy to see this project get over the line! There were plenty of rain delays experienced while doing this project, but our tradesmen pushed through the last few weeks to deliver a top quality finish.
Both external and internal linings were installed with a mixture of products & textures throughout.
Once again, we were working with Structen Pty Ltd to deliver a quality project for the client.

Pictured is the lined concave feature wall in the outdoor gaming area & the perforated ceilings as part of the indoor refurbishment.

We are currently looking for an experienced & self-motivated Site Foreman / Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in which you will be working alongside a team of trades & apprentices to deliver projects.

Competitive Salary based on applicants experience & qualifications
Package includes company vehicle & mobile phone

Trade qualified Carpenter or building license
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Site Foreman
Must have strong work ethic, be motivated, organized, reliable, honest/trustworthy, physically fit
Read & Interpret plans & drawings
Manage other trades, apprentices & subcontractors
Time management skills & working to construction schedules & deadlines for projects
Conduct Toolbox talks, site inductions & ensure OH&S safety requirements are met & maintained

FPS Constructions has successfully completed & handed over the new renovations to the Orange Preschool & Kindergarten. Demolition of the rear of the existing building was done to make way for the new extension including a classroom, new toilets, kitchens & offices. Working together with some expert local trades we were able to deliver a top-quality building that met the clients’ expectations. FPS Constructions are currently looking for experienced Carpenters & Plasterers to join the team.
Applicants must have –
- Relevant experience or trade qualification
- A Current Drivers License
- White Card.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position is based in Orange NSW and works are carried out throughout Central West NSW.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Sub-Contractors or 3rd & 4th Year Apprentices are also invited to apply.
It is essential that our team are well presented, reliable, punctual and have a good work ethic.
