From our very first employee to our first retiree — thank you for 29 incredible years, Trevor.
Today we congratulate Trevor on his retirement after an incredible 29 years with D&S.
Trevor holds a special place in our history as the very first employee on the D&S books, joining the team at the BHP Hot Briquetted Iron (HBI) Mine Site nearly three decades ago — and now becoming the first to retire.
Throughout his career, Trevor has been an absolute asset to the team. Known as a highly skilled all-rounder with a deep understanding of drainage, he has always been someone we could rely on. His dedication speaks for itself — with just one sick day in 29 years.
More than anything, Trevor has been part of the D&S family, and his knowledge, reliability and presence will be truly missed.
And in true Pilbara fashion, the flies were out in force on his last day — making sure they stopped by to say goodbye as well.
Trevor, thank you for everything you have contributed over the years. We wish you all the very best for this exciting next chapter and a well-earned retirement.

PROJECT COMPLETION | Western Ridge Culvert Package (SCJV – CPB)

D&S Civil successfully completed the culvert installation works at the Western Ridge Project in 2025, delivered under SCJV (CPB).

Our scope included the excavation and installation of multiple culverts (CSP & RCBC) across the project, including large structures on key access roads, associated headwalls, rock protection works, and the delivery of approved variation works. The completion of the final culvert marked a key milestone for the project, following which our crews safely demobilised from site.

This was D&S Civil’s second successful project delivery with CPB/SCJV and reflected the strong collaboration between teams, with a continued focus on safety, productivity, and quality outcomes throughout the works.

We thank CPB/SCJV for the opportunity and the support provided on site and are proud of the D&S team for another solid delivery in the Pilbara.
