Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) possédant :
✏️ Une solide expérience en EPC/EPCM minier et traitement des minerais
✏️ Une expertise mécanique couvrant l’ensemble d’une usine de procédé (concasseurs, broyeurs, pompes, tuyauterie, convoyeurs, CVAC et systèmes connexes)
✏️ Une expérience en études, ingénierie détaillée, approvisionnement, construction et mise en service
✏️ Un historique démontré de leadership technique, de mentorat et de relations clients
✏️ La capacité de demeurer impliqué(e) techniquement tout en agissant à titre d’expert(e) de référence

Au-delà des compétences techniques, nous recherchons une personne qui souhaite contribuer à la croissance de Primero, influencer nos méthodes d’exécution et accompagner la prochaine génération d’ingénieurs.

This is a key technical leadership role and an opportunity to help shape the future of major mineral processing projects across North America.

We are also open to international applicants, relocation opportunities, and expatriate assignments for the right candidate.

We're looking for an engineer with:
✏️ Significant experience in mining and mineral processing EPC/EPCM environments
✏️ Broad mechanical expertise across process plants (crushers, mills, pumps, piping, conveyors, HVAC, and associated systems)
✏️ Experience supporting studies, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
✏️ A proven track record of technical leadership, mentorship, and client engagement
✏️ The ability to remain hands-on while serving as a trusted technical authority

Beyond technical expertise, we're looking for someone who wants to help build and grow the business, influence project delivery, mentor future engineers, and play a meaningful role in Primero's continued growth across North America.

Nous sommes heureux d’annoncer que Rachel Bridge a récemment rejoint Primero à titre de Directrice de procédés, basée à notre bureau de Toronto.

Bien que Rachel soit déjà un visage familier pour plusieurs d’entre nous, nous sommes ravis de l’accueillir officiellement au sein de l’équipe. Avec près de 20 ans d’expérience en conception de procédés et en développement de projets dans les secteurs du traitement des minerais, de l’hydrométallurgie et du recyclage des batteries, elle apporte une solide expertise technique, une vaste connaissance de l’industrie ainsi qu’une expérience reconnue dans la réalisation d’études et de projets d’ingénierie.

While Rachel is already a familiar face to many of us, we’re thrilled to officially welcome her to the team. With nearly 20 years of experience in process design and project development across mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, and battery recycling, she brings a strong combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and project ex*****on experience.

Our partnership with the Perth Homeless Support Group continues with our team volunteering their time to help at their weekly Sunday outreach event.

The team helped over 300 people who are experiencing homelessness by distributing food items and took the opportunity to engage with those doing it tough on the streets of Perth.

Last weekend, Lauchy Williams delivered an outstanding performance at Round 2 of the Motorcycling Club of WA State 600cc Supersport Championship, taking out the round win after an incredibly close day of racing. 🏁👏

He also wrapped up the weekend in style in the Production class, winning all three races to secure another round victory. A fantastic result across both classes and a great reward for all the hard work put in behind the scenes.

It was great to see members of the Primero team trackside supporting Lauchy and cheering him on throughout the day. Keep an eye out for the Primero banner at the next round! 🏍️
