We take food seriously – not just at our head office, but across every site where our people work.

From Perth to the Pilbara, our teams enjoy fresh and tasty meals made from quality local produce and prepared with care.

Driving this philosophy are Benny Suwarno and Fitz Hazebroek – two hospitality professionals who came to MinRes from different backgrounds and built something genuinely unique in the mining industry.

We're proud to have contributed $50,000 towards a new 4WD ambulance for St John WA Onslow. 🚑

The vehicle was two years in the making and a first for the community – already deployed on real callouts across off-road terrain it’s designed to handle.

For the volunteers and paramedics serving the Onslow region, this means a faster and safer response when it matters most.

Our Community Grants Program also supported the purchase of essential equipment including a new wheelchair with stair tracker and vital gear supporting the team on the ground.

Last week our Chief Executive Lithium Joshua Thurlow joined industry leaders for a panel discussion with CEDA (Committee for Economic Development of Australia) at the WA Critical Minerals and Rare Earths event in Perth.

The conversation explored ways Western Australia can capture more opportunities in critical minerals and play a central role in the global energy transition.

We're gearing up for another MACA Cancer 200 with fresh energy, having signed on as Major Partner for the next three years.

Since 2018, MinRes has committed more than $2.2 million to the
Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research - backing its local team to tackle some of the world's most significant health challenges.

Last year’s event saw 56 riders for Team MinRes raise an incredible $837,000, boosting total employee fundraising to more than $3.2 million over the past seven years.

We couldn’t be prouder. Here’s to three more years. 🚴‍♂️🧡

We've announced a Final Investment Decision with our joint venture partner Ganfeng Lithium to construct a flotation plant and develop underground mining at the Mt Marion lithium operation in Western Australia.

The $490 million investment (100% basis) will support a new flotation plant, underground pre-production development and supporting infrastructure.

Together, these projects are expected to:

⚒️ support mine life by providing access to additional mineral resources below the existing open pit
📊 improve plant recovery towards 70%
⬆️ increase installed capacity from approximately 500ktpa SC6 to 600ktpa SC6
🔄 remove the lower-grade SC3.5 product to deliver a single SC5 product.
