Our 2026 Annual Report celebrates 20 years listed on the ASX.

In July 2006, MinRes was a small mining contractor with a handful of crushing contracts, a small but determined workforce and plenty of ambition.

Twenty years on, we employ more than 7,200 people and have expanded into a leading mining services provider with a growing portfolio of mining projects across Western Australia.

Our FY26 Full Year Results are the strongest in our 20-year history on the ASX.

Record Underlying EBITDA of $2.6 billion (up 183%) on record revenue of $6.5 billion (up 44%) was driven by Mining Services growth, the ramp-up of Onslow Iron and improved Lithium performance and price

Managing Director Chris Ellison said record operational and financial results reflect years of strategic investment.

“This result positions MinRes to enter its third listed decade with a stronger foundation than at any point in our 20-year journey on the ASX."

We're proud to launch Titan, an innovative Komatsu HD1500-8 dump truck tray.

The tray was developed in-house by CSI Mining Services at our Hazelmere workshop, making us the first Australian mining company to create our own tray with full control of design and engineering.

Titan is now in operation at our Mt Marion lithium operation in the Goldfields, delivering substantial benefits:

Replaceable floor, eliminating the need for liners and wear kits and reducing maintenance, labour and costs. ✅
Maximised payload potential to boost production. ✅
Customisable tub to suit different mining applications. ✅
Increased width, providing enhanced rear tyre protection during loading. ✅

Mining doesn't happen by chance. It happens through teamwork.

At our Wodgina lithium operation in the Pilbara, our people come together across every stage of the process, turning spodumene ore into concentrate that’s trucked to Port Hedland for export to the world.

Hear more from General Manager Wodgina Don Russell and Chief Executive Lithium Josh Thurlow on what makes this operation tick.

We're committed to building a culturally safe workplace where our people feel respected, supported and able to thrive.

As part of this commitment, we were proud to be one of two companies selected to pilot the Liminal Program, delivered by IPS Management Consultants and developed through the State Government's Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety Program.

Last week, we celebrated the first cohort of graduates - including leaders, supervisors and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees from across MinRes.

Welcome, MinRes Karri.

Our seventh purpose-built transhipper has arrived at the Port of Ashburton, where it's undergoing commissioning before commencing operations.

Karri's arrival marks the completion of our transhipping fleet, which Executive General Manager Marine Jeff Weber says remains a key part of the Onslow Iron project.

“We're thrilled to take delivery of MinRes Karri, which was built with several safety and production improvements identified as Onslow Iron evolves,” Weber said.
