Total Air is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Osborne Park.
📍 Location: Osborne Park
🕘 Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
💼 Position: Full-Time
Duties will include:
✅ Answering incoming customer enquiries
✅ Booking service appointments
✅ Assisting customers via phone and email
✅ Providing updates on bookings and job progress
✅ Supporting our technicians and management team
✅ General administrative and customer service duties
The ideal candidate will have:
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Strong computer skills
✔ Great attention to detail
✔ The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Previous customer service or administration experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
