It was the 17th of Feb when I last posted the progress of our clients home here. The brickies were working on getting it to plate height. A month later the roof is on and bricks are due this week on our other slab.

Doesn’t look like the other builders are any closer.

We have 2x clients in this small block release of 5x lots. Our clients were the last to have secured their lots, however we were the first to have our slabs down and almost plate height with one of my quality trade teams working at 7:30am this morning. Another builder has had their sign up for months, AB… something, but no action.

If you are wanting a quality build with a high level of inclusions without build timeframes blowing out, speak to myself or the team on how we are able to deliver this.

A major milestone has been reached for the proposed 15-storey, five-star hotel in the heart of our City Centre!

The Sale and Development Agreement for Lot 3 Blair Street (a portion of the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre carpark) has been signed, paving the way for a 225-room hotel featuring restaurants, a bar, function spaces, a pool, and a gym – all set to be operated under the Wyndham International Hotel Group.

This much-needed development complements the City’s vision for a vibrant, connected City Centre and aligns with revitalisation plans for Bicentennial Square (more details on this one coming soon) while also supporting local jobs, tourism, and economic growth.

There will be more public advertising and community engagement as part of the development approval process with construction expected to begin in around 18 months, with a build time of 18–24 months.
Please note, further parking options are already being considered as part of the City’s Parking Strategy – we’ll share more details on this soon too.
