🎄⛳ **Christmas in July with the WHF Team!** ⛳🎄

What a fantastic afternoon celebrating together at the amazing new X Golf facility in Mackay! It was a great opportunity to step away from the workplace, share some laughs, enjoy a little friendly competition, and spend quality time together.

At WHF, we believe that strong relationships don't just happen in the workplace, they're built outside of it too. Investing in our team and creating opportunities to connect helps us build a positive culture that carries through to everything we do.

Site Administrator – Part-Time / School Hours Friendly

We are seeking an organised Site Administrator to provide essential operational support for an upcoming project.

⏰Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.
🕹️Flexibility: We happily support school-friendly hours for the right candidate.
📍Location: Site-based role in Airlie Beach bridging communication between field teams, project managers, and our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
📕Project Administration: Act as the central point of contact providing support to project managers, site personnel, and head office.
📗Site Compliance: Coordinate mandatory site inductions, verify white cards / high-risk work licences, and manage compliance registers.
📘Construction Plan Management: Distribute, track, and archive technical drawings, site variations, and blueprints to ensure teams work off current versions.
📙Workforce Mobilisation: Monitor site attendance, track personnel sign-in logs, and assist with subcontractor onboarding files.
📒General Operations: Manage general site office admin, including data entry, meeting documentation, and ordering safety equipment/consumables.

Desired Skills & Experience
✅Computer Literacy: Strong, practical data-entry capability and confidence using digital systems.
✅Software Proficiency: Competency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅Clear Communication: Confident verbal and written communication skills to handle diverse teams, from tradespeople to corporate managers.
✅Industry Knowledge: Previous administrative exposure to a building, trades, or industrial site environment is highly regarded but not strictly required.
