Mickala and Director (Damien Englebrecht) have won the long running patent case brought against us by Southern Cross for our superior mobile lighting towers.

The Federal Court found the Southern Cross innovation patent granted in 2013, and which expired in January 2021, which was used against us, was and has always been invalid.

Mickala will continue competing in the commercial marketplace, with this excellent Judgement."
