💛 R U OK?

A simple conversation can make a big difference.

At Mickala, we believe looking out for each other is part of building safe people, strong teams and brighter tomorrows.

R U OK? Day is a reminder to check in with the people around us - our mates, teammates, colleagues, family and friends.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply asking “R U OK?” and genuinely listening is enough to start an important conversation.

💬 Ask - “How are you really going?”
👂 Listen - Give them your time and attention.
🤝 Encourage action - Help them find the support they need.
🔄 Check in - Keep showing that you care.

Look out. Check in. Make a difference.

** News Story**

Mickala and Director (Damien Englebrecht) have won the long running patent case brought against us by Southern Cross for our superior mobile lighting towers.

The Federal Court found the Southern Cross innovation patent granted in 2013, and which expired in January 2021, which was used against us, was and has always been invalid.

Mickala will continue competing in the commercial marketplace, with this excellent Judgement."
