🚧 GREAT WESTERN HIGHWAY – HARTLEY 🚧

Safeway Traffic Management Solutions recently completed two days of daytime traffic management works on the Great Western Highway at Hartley, supporting Ecoscape with roadside garden-bed spraying and treatment works.

The operation involved multiple lane closures in both directions, reduced-speed zones and mobile traffic-control setups that moved progressively with the work crew.

With high-speed highway traffic and numerous workers operating on foot throughout the garden beds, careful planning, clear communication and constant coordination were essential.

A great team effort between SafewayTMS, Ecoscape and Transport for NSW—delivering the works safely and efficiently while minimising disruption to road users.

🏗️ 14 HOURS. MULTIPLE ROAD CLOSURES. ONE SUCCESSFUL LIFT. 🚧

A major operation in Seaforth, delivering full traffic management for Mallinger Group alongside Borger Cranes for the removal of a tower crane.

From planning to ex*****on, we managed the operation from start to finish — council coordination, Police & Emergency Services, resident letterbox notifications, multiple road closures and traffic control throughout the 14-hour operation.

Everything went to plan. ✅

Huge credit to our traffic controllers on the ground — a long day, a complex operation and an outstanding job from start to finish.

🚧 COOGEE CRANE LIFT – SAFETY FIRST 🚧

Big day in Coogee today as our team manages traffic for a complex crane lift on the main road. With heavy pedestrian movement, live traffic, and tight clearances, safety and coordination are everything.

👷‍♂️ What’s happening:

Major crane lift underway on a busy main road
Dedicated traffic controllers managing vehicles and pedestrians
Clear exclusion zones and signage in place
