We’re proud to share that Ultimo TAFE Building A has been Highly Commended in the Built Conservation category at the 2026 National Trust Heritage Awards.
Rapid Construction Pty Ltd was engaged as Principal Contractor for Heritage Stoneworks to deliver the façade conservation works at this important heritage building in Ultimo, NSW.
The project involved a broad range of specialist restoration works, including stone repairs and replacement, brick and timber conservation, repainting, leadwork, structural stabilisation and other façade remediation works, all carried out with a strong focus on preserving the building’s heritage significance.
We’re proud to have contributed to a project that celebrates quality heritage conservation and the collaborative effort of everyone involved.
