Positions available Casual or Subcontracting Cleaning Works

If a subcontractor, you will be given set sites and job descriptions to maintain and manage. You will need all your own equipment and vehicle.

The casual employee must be available at least to work 20 hours to 30 hours Monday to Friday.
You must be able to work early shifts from time to time, Example 6.30am
Hourly rate $28.40 plus superannuation. Rates increase by the specifications of job type
You have the ability to grow your strengths and pay rate.
Work your way up in our company.

We require the services of an energetic, strong, motivated person to join our commercial cleaning and occasionally with our landscaping division.
To be successful you must have the following:
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety Regulations.
• You will be required confidently to climb ladders and work from heights (ladders at least 12 ft high) Training & Certificate can be organised if not certified in working at heights.
• A Construction Induction Card (White Card) is necessary for this position.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and a reliable car to start your day from head office.
• Must be proficient in English (both verbal & written) Good understanding of the English language and great communication skills.
• Must be an Australian citizen and be willing to provide a police check.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or builders cleans is an advantage but we are quite happy to train the right person.
• As well as the necessary skill set above, you must be a team player, with an eye for detail, dedicated to quality and with a great work ethic.

Commercial cleaning and landscaping labourer (required to work between our two companies.)

We are offering $58,000 per the year package, that includes the use of a company van, superannuation etc.

Permanent full-time position (after a 3-month trial period)
38 hours per week, some weekend work will be required.
Head office is based in Pemulwuy NSW 2145

• We have a Full-time position for commercial cleaner and landscaping assistant for the metropolitan Sydney area.

• Our work schedules include display home cleaning, Government schools, commercial office cleaning, landscaping, builders cleans and anything else that comes our way.

• Our company has a vaccination policy, that states,
“All staff must be vaccinated or demonstrate a time frame for their vaccination.”

• You must be able to work early shifts Example 6.30am start. Monday to Friday.
You might be asked to work weekends as part of your 38 hours

• The successful candidate after a three-month trial period, have the ability to grow your strengths and pay rate.
Work your way up in our company.
