Another project nearing completion. Subdivision and construction of 2 x high spec family homes. Single storey home at front at handover stage and rear 3 x storey home damn close to complete.

Last Friday we made it happen!! House B ground floor slab poured including bases for rain water tanks on both houses. There have been some set backs over the last 8 weeks but the setbacks were minor and after success a distant memory! House A slab on target for a pour next week. Smashing it fellas 👌.

It’s been 6 weeks since we poured the basement slab. We started off hard and got basement walls in and poured. Formed the deck over basement. Augered and poured 70 x 3m deep piers, waterproofed the basement walls, installed sub soil drainage and drainage cell, backfilled around the basement and excavated House B and best part of House A footings. Boys killed it especially as the weather was disgusting and considering we claim 21 wet days!!!

So basement bulk excavation complete and neat as a pin. Detail excavation underway and fingers crossed 🤞 start to form the basement slab early next week. Killing it boys!!
