DAD, YOU ALREADY HAVE A WIFE! WHY ARE YOU MARRYING HER?

On our wedding day, my fiancee's 5-year-old son ran up to the altar, pointed at a woman, and yelled.

Our traditional and white wedding day was supposed to be the happiest moment of my existence, but it transformed into an absolute nightmare.

When I met Andrew, I genuinely fell in love for the very first time. He was witty, attentive, and an incredible father to his 5-year-old son, Liam.

He was everything I'd ever envisioned.

Andrew had never been wedded before. Liam was born from a past relationship, but Andrew's girlfriend passed away during childbirth.

Andrew never spoke much about that romance because he claimed it was too agonizing to recall, so I didn't pressure him.

When our wedding day finally arrived, all the guests had already assembled in the church auditorium that morning. I waited for the instrument to start. I needed to walk down the aisle.

Andrew was already standing at the altar. Smiling.

I walked up to him and took his hand.

The music faded. The pastor was just about to begin the solemnisation when Liam suddenly leaped out of his seat in the front row and rushed toward us.

He tugged on Andrew's suit jacket and shouted.

The guests laughed nervously. I assumed it was just a prank and that Andrew would smile and tell Liam to go and sit down.

But he didn't.

Andrew turned pale. As I held his hand, I felt his palm suddenly grow clammy.

"Andrew, what's going on?!" I asked sharply.

He stayed silent.

I knelt down and softly asked Liam:

"My dear, what do you mean? Who is your dad already married to?"

Liam smiled, raised his little hand, pointed toward a woman sitting in the back row of the church, and shouted:

"There she is — Daddy's wife!"

All the guests gasped and spun around.

I peered closely and saw a woman I'd never seen before.

She was sitting there, attempting to sneak out of the church while everyone turned to stare at her.

I RAN AFTER HER AND STOPPED HER, GRABBING HER BY THE ARM.

Then she confessed WHAT was really going on — and it turned my entire world upside down.
