As another working year in the Perth building industry frantically winds to a close, we wanted to share some photos of a renovation project that we recently completed.
It was an absolute pleasure working for our clients Paul & Fran at their home on this renovation job and we are super happy that they are now able to enjoy the finished product.

Once again it has been a pleasure working with RSLWA, Melville City Council and the design team to undertake the Stage 2 works of this historically significant project located at Point Walter in Bicton. Works are almost completed and looking great!

Happy Christmas 2022!
It’s difficult to believe that another 12 months have flashed past so quickly and to see all of the changes which have happened locally during this time.
This year has been challenging for our business however it has also been very rewarding as we have had the privilege of working on so many different, exciting projects and had the pleasure of dealing with some amazing clients and architects/designers from all walks of life. Being the fourth oldest family owned business in WA and the oldest WA family owned building firm makes our involvement in many significant projects around Perth, such as construction of the RSL women’s war memorial in Bicton, upgrades to St Patrick’s in Mt Lawley and assisting with many social housing redevelopment projects, both significant and enjoyable.
Many of the architectural housing projects we have currently running are also coming along very well and we are excited to continue progress on these in the new year.
To all of the trades and clients who have stuck by and supported us during this unprecedented time in the Perth building industry thank you, it has not gone unnoticed.
All the best to everyone for a happy and joyful New Year period!

Another amazing new architecturally designed home completed recently by AT Brine & Sons. Mr Seymour Clifford of Woburn Architecture has brought his talents to bear to create a masterpiece of design, character and texture.
This project was truly a pleasure to work on with such a positive and collaborative design team and client.

It was an absolute pleasure designing and building such an awesome home up in stunning Jurien Bay for two such fantastic clients. The job presented all of the usual challenges being out of Perth however came together very well and now looks amazing. Hopefully it is a home that brings much happiness and joy to its new owners.

Architect Blane Brackenridge’s flair casts a very unique and different perspective to the norm with the use of building materials and design. Whether you love or hate the home it’s unforgettable and is a masterpiece of creativity and architectural design.

Has anyone recently been to the new Collier Park Mini Golf Course?
Earlier this year we completed construction of the new main centre piece pavilion in collaboration with Mr Patrick Beale architect and his firm Advanced Timber Concepts.
Our supervisor carpenter Jason Wardle and his team did an outstanding job and our clients are very happy with the outcome as are we.
Our team spent last night testing the new course out and would highly recommend you give it a go also.

Another Funky Office Fit-out Project almost completed. This project has breathed new life into an existing tired office space within a Heritage Listed building and included feature burnished concrete flooring, upstairs mezzanine floor areas custom built zig-zag timber staircase and reinstatement of the original heritage face brickwork character of the property. It's amazing to see the difference between the before and after photos!

With Anzac Day just passed did you know that AT Brine & Sons built the original Western Australian War Memorial at Kings Park in collaboration with the well respected Perth architect and war veteran general Sir J Talbot Hobbs and also constructed the very original Anzac House in 1934? These are examples of the many well known and significant historical structures around Perth city which have been built over the past century by AT Brine & Sons demonstrating the craftsmanship and endurance of our business.
