🏗️ Slab stage at Alkimos Beach Estate 🌊

A great day on site catching up with our clients and seeing their new home officially underway.

Just six months ago this was a plan on paper. Today, the slab is down and construction is moving ahead in one of Perth’s premier coastal communities.

Located in .beach by , this home is less than 1km from the Indian Ocean and surrounded by the schools, parks, shopping and infrastructure that continue to drive demand throughout Perth’s northern corridor.

The home is coming along nicely, but we have to admit… the drone photos may have stolen the show 📸. They give a fantastic perspective of the coastline and show exactly why so many people are choosing to call Alkimos Beach home.
