Another important step forward for Munganya as we continue to grow our presence and capability in the Pilbara.

We’re pleased to take delivery of two additional service vehicles along with a brand new Cat 150 Grader, all of which will be deployed to support our road maintenance contract in the region.

These additions represent more than just new equipment, they reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening our operational capacity, improving response times, and ensuring we deliver consistent, high quality outcomes for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and values flexibility, while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.

About the role:
You’ll take ownership of payroll and support key HR functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:
• End to end payroll processing
• Superannuation, tax, and statutory compliance
• Managing timesheets and payroll reconciliations
• Preparing and maintaining employee contracts and records
• Ensuring HR compliance with legislation and policies
• Supporting onboarding and general HR administration

About you:
• Proven payroll experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of superannuation, awards, and employment legislation
• Experience managing HR compliance and employee documentation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience in Indigenous organisations or joint ventures (desirable)

Another weekend spent in sunny Nullagine for our Directors Sharon, Walter and Jordan, and once again we are reminded how grateful we are for the journey we’re on.

This trip gave our Directors the chance to visit the Munganya plant and crew who are working on our recently awarded Road Maintenance contract for a valued Tier 1 mining client.

Walter, Sharon and Jordan, along with the entire Munganya team are incredibly thankful to our client for the trust placed in us through this long term partnership.

From day one, our goal in business has always been bigger than just the work itself. We wanted to create opportunities, to build wealth, provide meaningful employment for local people, develop skills within the community, and reinvest back into the regions that support us. Being able to achieve all of that through a single project is both humbling and deeply rewarding.

After months of collaboration and planning, we have taken delivery of not one but three brand new Volvo Construction Equipment A60J Artic Watercarts.

From the original RFQ, through to planning and delivery, we could not be more thankful for the efforts by all stakeholders at CJD Equipment and Shermac. Three machines, delivered on time, on budget and with no compromise to quality.
