LKD Fitouts are pleased to showcase our latest fitout for Ðj Lee at Raine Square!

For Le Vietnam, the entrance sets the tone with a bold mix of weathered timber framing, vibrant yellow finishes, traditional terracotta roof tiles and red illuminated signage.

Inside, exposed brickwork, decorative metal screening and colourful detailing continue the Vietnamese-inspired material palette, giving the restaurant its own distinctive personality.

A vibrant hospitality space that brings together traditional influences with a contemporary commercial fitout. Fantastic design work by Realeyes Design.

Character comes from the details. For Ðj Lee at Raine Square, the material palette brings together exposed brickwork, aged roof tiles, dark timber, bold blue joinery and vibrant yellow finishes, creating a space that feels authentic.

The illuminated display counter and decorative elements add another layer of colour, while the raw existing finishes help retain an authentic, established feel.

A refined new look for divine.nails_studio at Karrinyup Shopping Centre.

This 85sqm refurbishment was completed within a 4-week timeframe, transforming the existing salon with a lighter, more sophisticated finish.

The new shopfront combines black-framed glazing, feature arch detailing, textured vertical wall tiles and illuminated signage, creating a strong presence while giving customers a glimpse into the refreshed interior.

A refurbishment that provides for a warmer, more elevated salon experience.

The fitout at divine.nails_studio combines timber-look flooring, textured neutral walls, black architectural detailing, warm metallic finishes and soft upholstered furniture to create a comfortable yet premium environment.

Feature lighting and illuminated signage add another layer to the space, while the open layout was carefully considered to accommodate multiple treatment stations without compromising the customer experience.

Details that turn storage into a feature. For divine.nails_studio at Karrinyup, the extensive colour collection became part of the interior design through custom arched display niches, integrated seamlessly into the textured wall finish.

Warm timber shelving, concealed LED lighting and soft neutral finishes provide a clean backdrop for the colour range, while the curved forms bring softness and elegance to the space.

A complete reconfiguration at Sorganic. The refurbishment introduced a cleaner and more contemporary material palette while working with the character of the existing café.

The service counter features slim-format vertical tiles, a light-toned benchtop and warm timber cabinetry, complimented by black steel framing, open timber shelving, white tiled splashbacks and the existing exposed brick walls.

A balance of old and new that gives Sorganic a fresh identity without losing the warmth and personality of the original space.

Breathing new life into Sorganic in Subiaco.

The original exposed red brick walls provide the backdrop, complimented by new flooring, timber tables and chairs, upholstered banquette seating and deep green feature finishes. Black wall lighting, steel-framed glazing and suspended greenery complete the refreshed interior.

The result is a warmer, more considered dining space that feels updated while still unmistakably Sorganic.

Congratulations to Espresso Grind & Bits on the opening of their new retail space!

Designed to work within a busy public transport environment, this compact retail space required careful planning to maximise functionality while maintaining a clean and contemporary finish.

A small footprint with plenty of detail. Another example of how thoughtful shopfitting can turn a compact space into a practical, polished and inviting retail destination.
