A closer look at the CN-Seamless Mach 1 in action.

Fitted with the plasma cutting attachment, the Mach 1 brings CNC-controlled cutting directly to the workpiece, combining portable design with the precision and consistency needed for fabrication, repair and maintenance applications.

With its magnetic mounting system, the Mach 1 can be positioned directly where the work needs to happen, bringing precise plasma cutting capability beyond the traditional CNC table.

APS Power was proud to support WESS Welding and showcase the CN-Seamless at their corporate supplier open house and welding masterclass in Adelaide last week.

The WESS team had a great range of welding products on display, and the portable CN-Seamless was one of the standouts. They showed how easy the system is to use and gave welding professionals live plasma cutting demos on the day.

A big thank you to the WESS team for putting this innovative product in front of so many people. It was great to see the strong interest in what the CN-Seamless can do.

The APS team will be attending Land Forces 2026 in Perth from 6 – 8 October.

Held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, Land Forces brings together professionals from across defence, government and industry, with a focus on emerging technologies, capability, innovation and the future of Australia’s land defence sector.

As part of the event, we’ll be showcasing our Instagrid One units, giving attendees the opportunity to see the portable power technology up close and learn more about its capabilities and applications.

We’re looking forward to connecting with industry, catching up with familiar faces and seeing the latest technologies and developments being showcased across the three day event.

A successful month on the road for CN-Seamless in Australia.

Throughout August, the CN-Seamless team travelled across nine locations, connecting with fabricators and workshops around the country and putting the Mach 1 into action through a series of hands-on demonstrations.

The tour was a great opportunity to showcase the precision, quality and versatility of the Mach 1 firsthand, giving teams a closer look at how portable CNC cutting can support real fabrication applications.

A big thank you to the CN-Seamless team for making the trip, and to all the workshops and businesses that welcomed the team and took part in demonstrations along the way.

For PC Mobile Welding, reliability in the field is everything.

After more than 12 months of heavy daily use across reactive rail maintenance, Instagrid has become a trusted part of the team’s setup, supporting demanding tasks including welding, grinding and drilling with portable power wherever the work takes them.

Great result from one of our Masspoint 250kVA BESS units, currently powering construction works in Perth.

Over the 7 months on site the numbers speak for themselves:

$71,306 in commercial fuel savings
30,722L of diesel saved
82,337kg of CO2 emissions cut

Beyond the dollars, the real win for this site has been noise. Being right in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, the generator doesn't need to run after hours anymore. The BESS carries the load overnight, so nearby residents aren't dealing with generator noise while they're trying to sleep.

A good example of battery storage doing more than just cutting costs, it's helping construction sites operate as better neighbours.
