The kitchen in our Bedfordale project is continuing to take shape, showcasing a contemporary interpretation of farmhouse design through its darker palette and refined material selections.

Deep charcoal cabinetry is paired with matching stone benchtops and a full-height stone splashback, creating a seamless, architectural look. The consistent use of darker tones allows the natural textures and subtle veining within the stone to stand out, adding depth without overwhelming the space.

Set within an open-plan layout and surrounded by large windows overlooking the natural landscape, this kitchen will become a striking focal point while still feeling connected to the warmth and character of the home.

Our Melville project show exactly how quickly a home begins to take shape once it reaches the internal fit-off stage.

In just a few months, this space has gone from freshly plastered walls and exposed ceiling framing to a light-filled kitchen complete with cabinetry, stone benchtops and carefully selected finishes.

Over the next three months, we'll see the remaining stages bring the home to completion. Flooring, splashbacks, fixtures and fittings, painting touch-ups and electrical fit-off will all be completed, before the home undergoes a final clean, quality inspections and preparation for handover.

The finishing touches are coming together in Nedlands.

have been on site completing the driveway, helping bring one of the final exterior elements of this project together.

While often overlooked, a driveway plays an important role in the overall design of a home. It not only provides practical access and durability for everyday use, but also enhances the home's street appeal, creating a seamless transition from the footpath to the front door.

Like every other element of a custom build, the driveway is carefully considered to complement the home's architecture, materials and landscaping, ensuring the exterior feels cohesive from every angle.

New project alert in Cockburn 📍

The boys have been busy on site, working alongside to get the slab down for our newest Cockburn project.

This is one of the first major milestones in the building process. Before the concrete is poured, the site is carefully prepared, services are installed, reinforcement is positioned to engineering specifications, and everything is checked to ensure a strong foundation for the home.

With the slab now underway, the next stages will see the brickwork commence, followed by roof framing as the home begins to take shape above ground.

We're looking forward to taking you along the journey as this Cockburn project progresses. 🏡
