Custom made Deutsch Connector Cable Harness. This is a small batch build, with client supplied components, with Convergence supplying the manufacturing.

All cable harnesses are made to specifications detailed by the client, with no detail to small.

We use only use factory speced crimpers and dies, with all pins used in the manufacturing of our work. We are continually adding to our collection of tools and dies.

We've just completed a hand based PCB assembly job for the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development. We're currently up to revsion 6 of this PCB, as improvements and software updates are continually being done after field tests and deployment.

Another great tool has been added to Convergence Electronic Support increase our capabilities, a manual pick and place machine.

We often get requests to quote and work on small batch PCB assembly. The cost can get expensive quick doing it the traditional way with the cost of a stencil, pick and place machine programming and MOQ to fit the automated pick and place machine

This tool has the capabilities to dispense solder paste and to pick and place components. We just completed a PCB order which had 0201 and QFN packages, with a 100% success rate after reflow. With the aid of a inbuilt microscope and monitor, the precision it offers enables us to offer a better quality product, at a cheaper price.

After 2 1/2 years this particular long term upgrade project is coming to an end.

650 PCBs

20,800 x 0603 chip resistors removed and replaced

11,050 x SOT-363-6 RF Amplifiers removed and replaced

650 x SOT-89-3 RF Amplifiers removed and replaced

This has been the biggest rework project we've been involved in and its been a privilege to conduct this work on behalf of the client.
