The house caters for the comfort of the elderly clients by placing all day to day functions on the one level.

It’s restrained aesthetic references the nearby jetty aesthetic of floating horizontal planes and limestone retaining walls.

The main living area is cantilevered out to maximise the connection to the views.

Oak cabinets are integrated with a northern facing window seat overlooking the pool. This end of the kitchen accommodates a tea/ coffee nook with zip tap and additional sink for rinsing.

This ensuite has a covered limestone face. The cut and machined finish of the limestone became the curtain for the ensuite. The internal sheet stone cladding echoes the colour of the limestone and visually connects the two.
