On Friday 15 May, we had the privilege of being part of the Future Female Leaders STEM Day — and what a day it was. 💡

As a Visionary Sponsor of the Future Female Leaders Program, Mineral Mining Services (MMS) is proud to support young women in Western Australia as they explore what leadership in STEM can look like for them.

The ”Women in Industry” STEM & Innovation Day Career Panel brought honest, generous, and energising advice to the room, with thanks to:

🌟 Schellie-Jayne Price GAICD
🌟 Emma Edwards(our very own MMS Chief Development Officer)
🌟 Marie Bourgoin
🌟 Lucinda Hooper

Watching the students lean in, ask thoughtful questions, and see themselves reflected in these incredible women was a powerful reminder of why this program matters. Representation, mentorship, and real conversations open doors — and these young women are walking through them.

A huge thank you to Future Female Leaders WA for creating space for the next generation of female leaders to dream bigger, and to our wonderful photographer Taya Reid () for beautifully capturing the day.

The future is in good hands. 💫

There has been a contract expansion for MMS with Tennant Mines for their project. This growth sees MMS moving into several additional pits, including Juno, Golden Forty, Golden Kangaroo, and Kimberley Kid.

This expansion is the result of the strong synergy and working relationship we have developed with Tennant Mines. By focusing on being commercial in nature and hitting our production targets, we have been able to scale our involvement in the project significantly.

To support the increased workload, we have mobilised additional fleet to the site immediately to begin work across the new pits.

“We love being in the Northern Territory and have truly enjoyed becoming a part of the Tennant Creek community,” says Chris K., MMS Regional Mine Manager. “This expansion is a significant milestone for MMS; it reflects the relationship we’ve built with Tennant Mining and our commitment to the region.”

Check out the video below to see the current scale of the Nobles site, with our fleet and the crusher in full operation.

Ore Haulage Commences at East Sampson Dam Ore is now being hauled from our 100% owner-operator site, East Sampson Dam (ESD).

Following our acquisition and rapid site establishment, the project has officially transitioned into the haulage phase. This milestone follows a seamless integration of exploration, planning, and mobilisation, with the first loads now heading off-site for processing.

Local Partnership: TLL Haulage

We have awarded the ESD haulage contract to TLL Haulage, a Kalgoorlie based company.

At MMS, we believe our success should be the community's success. Partnering with TLL, a team that shares our focus on safety, reliability, and local expertise, is a key part of our commitment to the communities and places we work in. We prioritise supporting local businesses wherever possible to ensure the regions we operate in grow alongside us.

A message from CEO Steven Hulme: "Moving ore at ESD is exactly what we set out to do, and I want to thank the entire MMS team for their precision in getting us to this stage. Bringing TLL Haulage on board was a deliberate choice; they are a solid Kalgoorlie based business that aligns with our operational standards. We’re proud to have them on the team as we deliver on another MMS-driven project."

Bonanza Gold confirmed at Niagara Tren

We're thrilled to share exceptional results from the recent 85-hole RC drilling program at the Leonora South Gold Project, delivered by MMS under our Equity for Drilling Services Agreement with GoldArc Resources Ltd (ASX: GA8).

The data confirms what we've long suspected: the Niagara Trend is a coherent, high-grade, multi-deposit system spanning over 5km.

The Highlights:
– Sapphire Prospect: A staggering 8m @ 66.76g/t Au from 101m (including 1m @ 363.70g/t Au)
– Orion Prospect: 3m @ 52.58g/t Au from 111
– Justice Prospect: 2m @ 47.92g/t Au from 42m

System-wide success: High-grade mineralisation returned from all five prospects — Orion, Sapphire, Eclipse, Justice, and Euroa.

What this means for MMS: MMS delivered the 5,748m RC program at no cash cost to GoldArc, taking equity in lieu of drilling fees. The program has now proven up a materially larger and higher-grade system — and under our recently executed Binding Term Sheet, MMS will fund up to A$20 million of initial development expenditure to bring Orion and Sapphire into production, with no upfront capital required from GoldArc.

Next steps: update the resource model, optimise the pit, and get cracking on mine development — a direct pathway to a mining decision at today's gold price.

As our CDO Emma Edwards puts it: "We don't use the word 'Bonanza' lightly, over 11 ounces per tonne speaks for itself."

At MMS, our commitment doesn't end at the site gate. The last few months have been a busy and rewarding time for our team, and we're proud to share some of the ways we've been showing up for the communities we call home.

We were honoured to support the 'Uniquely You' Ball in , an All-Abilities Ball that gives everyone in the community the opportunity to sparkle, dance, and feel completely celebrated.

MMS is a Visionary Investor in the 2026 Future Female Leaders program, a six-month career accelerator for Year 11 and VET students, empowering young women in WA through mentorship and skills development.

We were proud event sponsors of this year's Leadership Summit, supporting leadership excellence across the resources sector.

Our team also sponsored a hole at the WA Mining Golf Day. The highlight? Our CFO sinking an incredibly rare albatross on the course.

Closer to home, we're backing the Warwick Greenwood Bulls football club this season, with a few MMS team members pulling on the boots themselves.

And we've launched our very own MMS Basketball team, with a big thanks to our partners at Treja Global Supply for the team singlets.

Whether it's through mentorship, inclusion, or local sport, MMS is dedicated to being part of the community.

Drilling Commences at Kookynie

We are pleased to announce that the Mineral Mining Services (MMS) drill fleet has officially mobilised and commenced operations at the Leonora South Gold Project.

This milestone marks the operational kickoff of our strategic partnership with GoldArc Resources Ltd (ASX: GA8). The deployment of our specialised Reverse Circulation (RC) equipment and support vehicles signifies the first major step in the collaborative development pathway established late last year.

The Road Ahead: The Next 6 to 8 Weeks
Our team is hitting the ground running with a high-impact field season. Over the coming two months, our objective is to complete:
• 6,000m of RC Drilling: A comprehensive program designed to provide the critical data needed to advance the project’s resource base.
• Targeting 5 Key Areas: Systematic drilling across the Orion, Sapphire, Eclipse, Justice, and Euroa prospects.

A Refresher on the MMS & GoldArc Partnership:
• Drill-for-Equity: To preserve GoldArc’s cash for high-impact exploration, MMS is accepting up to $750k of drilling costs in GA8 equity.
• Fully Funded Development: MMS is responsible for funding and managing 100% of the development path to bring the project into operation.
• Profit Sharing: Following the recovery of development capital from initial cashflows, all project profits will be shared on a 50/50 basis.

As our Chief Development Officer, Emma Edwards, noted: "It’s a quality project in a proven district. Our team is eager to help bring Leonora South into production and build a long-term, successful collaboration with GoldArc."

GoldArc Managing Director, Paul Stephen, commented:
"Securing a high-quality contractor like MMS is an important part of our strategy to unlock value at our Leonora South Gold Project. The ability to settle a portion of our drilling costs in equity demonstrates MMS’s confidence in our assets and allows GoldArc to direct more of its cash towards further exploration and project development."

The Black Cat Syndicate & MMS JV Story

As we move through the final stages of our joint venture with Black Cat Syndicate Limited (BC8) at the Myhree and Boundary pits, the results are already speaking to what is possible when a partnership is truly aligned.

In today's gold market, the goal for any JV is simple: move safely, move fast, and unlock maximum value for shareholders. For MMS, this project was definitive proof of our evolution from a service provider to a strategic partner.

By integrating our funding model with our turnkey mining, tech services, and maintenance teams, we were able to hit the ground running:

• Rapid Mobilisation: Machines were on-site in just 12 days.
• Early Production: First ore was delivered within 21 days.
• Financial Outcome: Delivered the first $30M in cash flow to the client (post-cost recovery).
• Safety Excellence: 50,000+ ounces mined with a 0.0 TRIFR.

Most importantly, through the hard work of our vertically integrated teams, the project was completed ahead of schedule. This case study video captures the pace, the process, and the people behind the project. It’s a proud moment for the MMS team and a great example of how we are helping our partners de-risk assets and accelerate cash flow.
