WATT’s resident racing enthusiasts recently enjoyed a team day out at the V8 Supercars 🏁

Thanks to our friends at PIRTEK, leaders in fluid transfer solutions and proud sponsors of the event, the team had the opportunity to get amongst the action and experience race day up close.

It was also a great chance to catch up with some familiar faces, make new connections, and meet plenty of fellow tool, machinery and motorsport enthusiasts along the way.

Why do hydraulic torque wrenches sometimes get "stuck"? 🤔 If you've ever experienced a hydraulic torque wrench that won't release, don't panic. It's often not a fault with the tool.

After completing a tightening cycle, the wrench can remain under load. In this video, Hayden shows how reapplying hydraulic pressure briefly relieves that load, allowing the release lever to disengage safely.

It's one of those simple tricks that can save time, reduce frustration, and keep the job moving.
