Does the Quality of your Shotcrete hose stack up to the price?
Firstly if your paying more than $1300 AUD for a 10M double ended 2 1/2" Shotcrete hose your being ripped off. Then if your shotcrete hose is fabric braided (Yellow Stripe) , not 85 bar rated and made in China your possibly in a chain of suppliers all making 40% for a product worth less than $400.
What is the ideal shotcrete hose? A shotcrete hose must be 85 bar rated, steel braided (Red Stripe), resistance to bend to prevent kinking and made from a quality products from a proven supplier. See the photo below on the left is one off our shotcrete hoses, its 85 bar rated, steel braided with hardened ends and the a resistance to bend it doesn't kink easily. As you can see our product you can bend to 360 degrees with no kink, the competitors hose on the right supplied by a Shotcrete machine manufacture from the Northern Hemisphere kinks very easily and a vastly inferior product.
